Auchan Supermarché Leuville-sur-orge

A pleasant local supermarket that makes you want to stroll through the different departments. The entire store is clean and well stocked with a lot of choice of products which are well presented. The cashiers are friendly, the only problem being that during the week few cash registers are open. Advantage and not the least this store also offers a Mondial Relay service. We recommend!

First drive experience in this Auchan: Just to inform the manager that when we do our shopping in Drive it is to save time and that we should review their provisioning and put in external terminals otherwise there is no point in ordering online. Not to mention the rotten fruit. So train your employees to respect customers and make a basket with correct fresh products please. An experience not to be repeated for my part. When you arrive there, there are no terminals, so you have to get out of the car and claim your order at the checkout... Waiting time standing at the checkout 20 minutes (even though there is a specific appointment time and I was late because I was looking for the outside drive) Then an employee brings me the groceries in bulk in a cart and informs me that I have to put the groceries in my car myself... He informs me that it is not a drive but a click and collect (even though on the Auchan site I have selected "Drive" and on their exterior sign it is clearly marked "New, do your shopping in drive" ) anyway.

Too bad local businesses which are falling apart more and more, even with a shopping cart we sometimes have to go to the self-checkouts when there is no room, they are not made for that! I saw a cashier having to help people elderly and having to pass all their items from the shopping cart to the automatic checkouts when those who have three purchases are waiting to be released! the worst is the shelving so you come to do your shopping on a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. well the staff is putting them on the shelves, so there is nothing to buy and the empty meat shelves, we're talking about it! became nonsense and the monderelay, the very nice florist did it well Auchan decided to take this service why stop it, after a year or two! Kind cashiers would be nicer 10 years of doing this business, we can only see deplorable management!
